Excellent replacement part

My stepfather has an original pizza maker and I have a newer model. He asked for this as a Christmas present. Suitable for new and old models. This is a different color than the original model's plate, but it is the same plate that comes with the newer model!

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Thank goodness it's good for the casserole dish

I've had pizza for years and my biggest problem is that after a few months or a year of use from drunk nights the pan starts to pile up and it won't extinguish after use (oops). Thank goodness I found this and now I can just replace the pan instead of buying a brand new pizza.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • No automatic

How do people clean it up?

After 2 years I found that I could replace a pizza pan cheaply and did it immediately. I've cleaned and used every product available and can't seem to get rid of some of the burnt-in stuff. I love my product and intend to change my pan every few years.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Some small things

I love getting replacements!

We use our pizza cooker several times a week and mostly not for pizza! Because of the indentations in the pan, they will accumulate no matter how well you clean it. Maybe having 2 for the rotation would help a bit. If the pizza cooker stops working, we'll order a new one as soon as possible!

As expected

This was a replacement for my original frying pan. Not very easy to clean with small indentations. But I have found that if, when my food is ready, I immediately take the pan out with a hot pad and run it under cold water, most of the droplets will "smack off". Any necessary cleaning is definitely worth it. I use my pizza for everything!

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Very expensive

Perfect replacement

Works just as well as the original. I don't cook directly on it anymore. I put aluminum foil under everything so when I'm done I can peel the foil off, wipe it off with a damp towel or cloth and use it again next time. If I did that with the first one, I wouldn't wipe the entire nonstick coating, making it almost impossible to clean, and then I'd have to buy a new one.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Does not work on older models!

I bought this to replace my current Pizza Pizza. I used it on a car once and got very excited and my car hasn't worked since. Not sure if this is a new pan or if the machine itself just died. My current car is about 10 years old and I've never had any problems with it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to put the old tray back in to see if the machine still works after the rebuild.

  • Easy to Use
Cons

The perfect replacement!

Great replacement for a pizza pan. The original came out so rough and caked with grease. I tried cleaning it with a commercial degreaser but it didn't touch it, it just gave our food a chemical taste and had to be thrown out. I'll try to keep it clean but from the reviews I've read it looks like it needs to be replaced annually.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Something different

May 2020 update - time for another new frying pan. And since that list is out of stock, I wanted to let you know that the Presto website is now selling replacement pots. Less expensive but around $8+ with shipping. So still not a good price but they seem affordable. ***** So this frying pan shouldn't cost that much. But, you know what? It's because it can be. Because if you have presto pizzazz, you're going to have to get yourself a new pan at some point (perhaps sooner rather than later); and…
