It came very quickly! Well packed. It is vacuumed and then gradually expanded to its full size. Very comfortable and perfect for a queen size bed. Also, it doesn't really smell. I was afraid of a chemical smell, but the smell is imperceptible. I love it so far!

Foam mattress comes in good packaging. You unfold it and "puff" it back to its original size in less than a day. Other reviews said it took 24 hours which was not true in my case. I actually just wanted a regular 2 inch double mattress pad with no gel because we cut our own pads as I work through them so quickly. Amnesia pads, so buying a mattress topper will save you some money.
