Perfect for a years broken shower faucet valve. Why didn't I think of looking for a valve replacement online sooner because I didn't think it would be there. Thank god I looked!

I've been using this for a few months and it seems well built and better than some other aftermarket brands I've tried. I hope it lasts as long as the original as some other brands haven't.

This is for the Price-Pfister shower set. The set is 20 years old but the warranty is lifetime. It started dripping. When we received Price's article two weeks after the request, it was a steady stream. The part had the correct P/N, but it was wrong! A friend surprised me: Why not try Revain? We did and in 2 days we had cartridges - installed and drip free. BRAVO! :-)

In the last 10 years I have changed these wet valve valves twice but the small ceramic stem inside the valves broke so I had to replace them. This valve has a plastic stem with ceramic discs, but they can also be made of plastic. But I like the action and smoothness of this valve. I would definitely buy it again. I hope this one lasts more than a few years. No helpful guides.
