I bought this to replace a broken piece on my mum's 40 year old cupboards. The part fit and worked. I had trouble installing it because it came with screws and the head of the screw is rubbing against the box above. I wish there were nails instead so the post header would be flat.

Nobody would think they were functional. The metal is so thin that the pulley will sag even if it's abutting the tree from below. The screw is above the roller so the head of the screw will cut into the wood underneath the crate. I lifted the back of the roller to prevent the box from rubbing, only to find that the roller had so much play from side to side that the box fell off the plastic.
