Prime Line Products 6567 Bypass Floor Review

Great price and just what we were looking for. I needed an unobtrusive track for my barn door which I made and installed in our bedroom. It worked perfectly.

Found a good replacement for my broken plastic splint. It was the right size and easy to assemble. It was the size I needed, I would have bought the beige color if it had been available.

Wish they were longer. They aren't very tall and I would have to trim the bottom to get them tall enough to hold each side of my closet doors. But if you don't have height issues then I think they will suit you.

I gave these five stars because they are just great gadgets. Unfortunately I needed a much larger piece for a much heavier door so they didn't work. But only because of my mistake. If I needed them for a closet door they would be lovely but unfortunately I had to send them back.

They get the job done. However, it would be much better if they had a smoother surface. What is the hollow part of the guides for? If he's there to ease the friction between himself and the door, then he's failed. Again, the surface of the rails must be absolutely smooth, otherwise your door will be scratched. No color choice? For real?

The product was delivered the next day. I was worried about being able to install them with a small screwdriver. They installed in 30 minutes and if I had used a large screwdriver it would have been done in 15 minutes! I was able to use the holes left there after removing the old broken ones. The packaging states that you may need a drill, along with a hammer, pliers and a screwdriver. It worked for me with a screwdriver. Time will tell how strong they are.
