Traktor Z1 Essential

Traktor Z1 comes with either a Lightning Bolt or a 30-pin square USB cable. such an odd design choice by NI. With this adapter you can use any old lightning or 30-pin cable with the controller.

What a wonderful find! Best Computer Accessories & Peripherals

What the heck is wrong with these cables? It took about an hour to find anything under $100. Thank goodness I found them before I bought them. Such a difficult transformation to find.

Exactly what I needed!

I used this adapter cable to go between my USB hub and my USB data switch. It's well built and gets the job done for me. I was glad to find this hard to find adapter!

Not OTG compatible, bad for MIDI

They are not compatible with my digital piano. After some research it turned out that they are not compatible with USB OTG and therefore cannot be used with MIDI output. If you're buying for use with a keyboard, piano, or other musical device, consider other OTG-compatible options.

I needed a powerful landing and I got it. Bingo!

I bought this cable specifically to use my USB 2.0 Type B microphone on a network. I actually made it an "almost permanent" connection. The microphone is a LyxPro HHMU-10 cardioid dynamic USB microphone. It's a good mic, but the USB Type-B port was shaky; it kept dropping out or shutting down. Aggravation led to innovation. I found this USB 2.0 A female to B male cable and - as I like to do cross pollination from different areas - connected it to a Honda motorcycle wiring harness…
