Pencil sharpener made from 99.7% PLASTIC Melted by friction

I am writing this exactly one year after delivery. As you can see from the picture I've attached, this pencil sharpener is made entirely of plastic, with the exception of the tiny lunch box, which is said to be stainless steel. Even the screw on the "blade" side is plastic. Come on, I'll wait while you zoom in and take a look. Very cheaply made. I feel like I was ripped off even though it was just under $4. Unfortunately, I've already ordered two more for my two nieces, which for some odd…

The best sharpener!

This is my best pencil sharpener! I really love this pencil sharpener. First of all, it is a very cute eye-catcher. I love this neon green color as well as the design. Then it is very functional! I only use it to sharpen my regular pencils. My cheap pencils have never broken again like other pencil shapers always do. I get the sharpness I wanted. The noise when sharpening is also very pleasant. Although this sharpener is not designed for my cheap pencils, it works very well with them. Imagine…

Good smooth sharpener but could be better.

I bought some oil paint pencils, it's always good to have a pair on hand. I love the size, 2" x 2 1/2" x 1", and the bright neon green color makes it easy to find in the dark pockets of my art bag. The lid is easy to take off and empty, and so far I don't "t" had any chip ejection issues The size is large enough to fit comfortably in the hand while in use with a nice curve in the design The only reason I gave it a 4 have is that the pencil takes a few turns before I have another sharpener which

First day with my new sharpener and unfortunately last. Once I'm done with this review, I'm going to spend another $15 on new crayons, which makes me a little pissed. Adult coloring pages are meant to be relaxing, but I don't think I have enough pages left to deal with the frustration I'm feeling with this pencil sharpener. Two pressing issues: When I first opened it to empty the shavings and put the lid back on, the green base cracked at the lip, meaning it wouldn't hold up anymore (as I found

It's the little things that change the course of your life

After years of using an old cheap pencil sharpener, we found that the pencils were sharpened forever and even then barely worked or worked crookedly, I decided to finally do it all and buy our family this pencil. Spitzer.Ermahgawd.WHY DID I WAIT? I took a pencil I had recently used and sharpened with a KITCHEN KNIFE (yes, that's how crappy our pencil life was) and it became the celebratory first pencil in this new sharpener. I think I heard angel trumpets. Not only did I get a perfectly…

AFTER ALL! one that works! Use in reverse.

I bought a lot of pencil sharpeners. I'm not an artist or anything, just a mother of kids who have homework and love to paint. I've tried so many different sharpeners and have been consistently disappointed with the results I've actually gotten from Revain because I figured I'd just have to bite the bullet and pay $20 to get a GOOD (I thought electric) sharpener to get. So I read review after review, going from sharpener to sharpener and deciding on the electric sharpener when I couldn't help…

Proper use of sharpener

After reading some reports of how difficult it is to sharpen prismacolor colored pencils without damaging them, I decided to experiment with this sharpener and the one said to be for prismacolor Premium products was manufactured. Here's what I found. While the one made specifically for premium pens is fairly sharp, I've had a harder time getting it to work without "eating" the pen and sharpening it properly. This sharpener worked well for me, but that was my technique. When you first insert a…
