I just haven't sharpened pencils

I wanted this sharpener to be the best but it only chewed crayon (I use Prismacolors which aren't cheap). It has been recommended by the author of several popular adult coloring pages. She said she uses it and it's one of her favorites. I tried using a Prismacolor brand pencil sharpener which kept breaking the color lead. I've tried battery powered sharpeners and they do their job well, but the pencil seems to disappear very quickly. I also use Staedtler sharpeners. You just didn't sharpen the…

Suitable for Prismacolor Premiere

I bought a soft lead sharpener (3083) for my Prismacolor Premiere. This works very well. I had many problems with the prism tip cracking and the tip falling out. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong - this seems to be a common problem with Prismas since the company started making them in Mexico. I have two Prisma sharpeners and the Pro Art works much better. I only had two broken points with Pro Art compared to numerous broken points with Prisma sharpeners. Durable and Quality Sharpener

I bought this sharpener on the recommendation of another Revain reviewer who used this sharpener specifically for Prismacolor pencils. I have had very good experiences with the sharpener and use it on average to sharpen/sharpen about 40-50 pencils during the working time. I've had this sharpener for about three weeks with two to four hours of work and it's still very sharp!
