I'm of average height and the neck and arm openings are perfect for me, although someone with a big neck or small hands might not like that. I ordered three times and the colors were wrong. For example, dark blue became white. I also noticed that even though they were all the same size, there were some fitment issues. One of them had a neck hole so small my 7 year old's head wouldn't fit in. There seem to be major quality control issues. I ordered 3 pcs. When I take the shirt out of the box it looks more like 5x. Knowing it was 100% cotton I knew it would shrink so I figured it would be fine. It has decreased by about 3 times. I've always liked the Pro Club and I buy them a little larger because I love the heavy material of these muscular tees and also the silhouette they create (big heavy material shoulders in the top corners). I can't be wrong, I would say these shirts are about a size larger than a regular shirt, not counting the cotton shrinkage (laughs) in the wash.
