Wrong jack, notice as shown, short version lifting only 4.5 inches, complete loss of order! Guess I'll have to penalize it for use and order another one, hopefully it will be as described and not the 6 1/2"- 11" lift version

Jack ran out of oil. Has not fully extended. Jack oil topped up to correct level. The jack won't retract. Pumping the jack did not help. 8 ton jack that works fine, don't know what's the problem with the 20 ton jack, won't buy another one.

I ordered two of these and received two different jacks. The levers and locking mechanisms are different. One works well and the other doesn't seem to hold as much weight. The one that holds more weight doesn't have a locking lever. The lever almost killed me when it fired and flew 20 feet past my head.

Looks like a good jack but not the one pictured As other reviewers have said this is short and I should have read the reviews. Luckily I have free shipping on this item and returns are free. So at least I didn't screw it up, apart from one small inconvenience.

Works as advertised However, it does not withstand pressure. it will slowly bleed out and the item you picked up will slowly fall down. This jack/product does not support hydraulic pressure. He's slowly bleeding from the cylinder. NOT worth your money. Look closely at any other brand or style, these are not worth it. I'm sorry but they are rubbish.

I thought I could beat the bad reviews but no. Scrap out of the box, went into operation for the first time, couldn't withstand a load of less than 1 ton, according to the instructions it couldn't be any better. I also bought a high version of 20t, the result is the same. Spend a little more and buy a different brand so you don't get embarrassed when your customers look at you and your new bottle jack fails.

I should have read the reviews first! - The S in the model number stands for Shorty. The jack in the picture is not short but larger. Now I can still use the jack with another concrete block but I didn't get what I expected based on the picture. Otherwise I would have given more stars. However, if you're willing to pay over $60 for a 6 1/2" to 11" B-S20D with a horizontal rather than vertical grip, then buy with confidence!

I bought this jack in case I need to change flats as I have low ground clearance and my car didn't have a stock jack. Unfortunately I found the seal was bad and it wouldn't take more than a minute if I didn't have to re-inflate it. I tried tightening the release latch with a crescent wrench to make sure it wasn't loose, and even with as much force as I could tighten it, it still went down. As you can imagine, rocking it repeatedly to remove the flat and then putting on a spare was a pain…
