I originally ordered a pair of these but had problems with hot water and prolonged exposure to hot water. waited too long before putting it in the mouth to fit properly. The owner was unhappy with my first comment and sent me four mouthpieces to make sure I fitted it properly. He was right when he said it was convenient and easy to use his mouthpiece.
