I like that it has all my accounting info in one place with quick access for invoices/purchases etc. It's easy enough so even someone who doesn't know how to use excel can figure out what they want from there! The UI could be easier at times but once figured things are pretty straight forward. It can be cumbersome at times when adding new products or customers but once they are there we have no problems accessing them from anywhere anytime via mobile device as well. I like that it has features for every step in our process from design through production all the way up until shipping/customer service! It's easy enough so my staff can use without any training or coaching by me at least half their time (if not more).
