Very handy for refueling hard-to-reach places on motorcycles and ATVs. I can't believe I've used inflexible funnels before. Very durable and well made.

hopper needs replacing I thought I was lost trying to select a quality construction that I felt would fit, just what I need for specific applications.

As others have pointed out, the lack of an attached strainer makes this less desirable. I had to order gasoline resistant glue to hold the filter in place, but it's not the best mounting hardware and is difficult to install. I would not recommend it.

Junk. The joint between the hopper and the flexible tube was filled with sealant, the screen was taped to the side of the hopper and had no temporary or permanent attachment. Do not buy!

Whatever gunk was used to seal the funnel to the tube it was smeared into both components. It was also left over the seam in the film after which it was closed about 3/4 of the hole. Using an X-Acto knife and a round-tipped trowel I was able to remove a lot but not all, but it seems to me there must be a better way to close that joint. The manufacturer needs to do some research and either change the joining process or add a cleaning step.

I really want to like this funnel. As other reviewers have pointed out, it's well made, except for an unmounted strainer that needs to be secured to the bottom of the hopper. It is noteworthy that the funnel is made right here in the USA. I received a well made American style funnel with a screen taped to the side of the funnel and no instructions on how to permanently install it such as what type of epoxy to use or if a washer/screen combo was available is.
