I’ve ordered 2 of these. The first one I had to have replaced. All 3 machines (including the replacement) have all died on me. Waste of money. We used it every night to count 4 money drawers for two retail locations. I’m out over $500 by buying these. The longest one lasted 13 months but they won’t replace now. My advice.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is a joke!

I don't use every feature of this scale, to be honest. I save my change and roll my coins so the bank will take them. My bank no longer will count coins. I use this scale to weigh the rolls of coins to make sure they are filled with the correct number of coins. While this scale is really good at realizing what you are weighing (as far as determining if it is nickles, pennies, etc.) it has a fudge factor as the number of coins in the roll.
