Stem design provides long clamping range, no through screw-hole on the frame for dust- and water resistance, and involute curved lifting lever provides smooth movement of spindle and dovetail joint for tool-less connection. Standard dial indicator measures 0 to 1.0", with 0.001" graduations, + or - 0.002" accuracy, and 0.1" range per revolution, for measuring surface variations. Stem diameter :Metric: 3/8".Jeweled bearing type for accuracy. Polished chrome control arm, infinitely adjustable for exact alignment. Precision measuring, set-up and inspection instrument for machinists, manufacturing, maintenance.

Very poorly suited for testing, measuring and inspection.

I bought and swapped 3 of these and none fit me. One had the plunger stuck and unusable, while the other two had the outer frame so wobbly that it moved during use, so you couldn't get an accurate reading. I would strongly disagree with this brand if you count on any level of accuracy.

  • The shank design offers a large clamping area, no through-threaded hole on the frame to keep dust and water out, and an involute-curved lift arm allows for smooth spindle movement and dovetail connections for non-connection tools. .
