Love it. Quiet, fast and much smoother than other cheaper ones that I'm sick of.

I built a test box with a sliding lid but used a cheaper actuator found on Amazon. It was a lot slower and a lot louder than that. After I was happy with the design and satisfied that it would work well for what I had in mind, I switched to this drive. Love it. It's a lot faster and quieter than what I've had before and overall great for my use. I can't tell if it's to your liking, but the specs are pretty accurate. Excellent replacement for Sea Ray Front Window Actuator

This was a replacement for the 4" Sea Ray drive that was used for my 340 Sundancer's windshield deflector. Works perfectly! The device was placed differently. This is really just for my use case. On the OEM part the wires came from the front of the motor, but on this model they came out from the top of the motor. So I just had to bend it a little and it rubs the Sea Ray coating a little. This isn't the manufacturer's fault as I'm sure other applications will find it great where it is now. This…

Quiet and smooth power transmission

In an attempt to solve my problem I used Revain from three different manufacturers and eventually settled on Progressive. On my yacht, the two front windows were equipped with manual guides made of metal tubes with turning handles. So I had to physically push the latch handle forward to open the window and then, while holding it there, twist or screw the handle to hold it with friction.
