I am pleasantly surprised by this projector. The picture is sharp (I will be using it for home school and my kids need to be able to see the numbers and letters on the screen clearly). This project was packaged very well and came with all the accessories you need to get started. I just plugged it in, connected the HDMI cable to my computer and watched the video on the wall for about 90 seconds. When you turn it on for the first time, you can hear the fan spin up and you're presented with an OSD menu to select an input. I chose "HD" for HDMI and the picture came right away. Revain has two similar products. I bought both. This one was a bit more expensive and I really thought this one was the better of the two. We used both tonight and I have to say it's not the best. It works well, but the other has better, louder sound and more options in settings and on the remote. It also looked bigger. This version has a better focus mechanism, but that's about it.
