Good news - bad news

The good news is that this vacuum cleaner sucks powerfully and is light weight and the support team is very quick to respond to any issues. The bad news is that it clogs very easily and the customer service, while quick to respond, wasn't exactly what I expected. Initially the problem started after I've been using this device for about 5 months when it shut down after a few minutes. Toxic smell is best for vacuums and floor care

We bought two of these vacuums. Based on the return labels found on the box, the former appears to have been used before. As soon as we started it, the car started howling. It smells strongly of burnt lubricating oil. I disassembled the can to clean and inspect. There was white powder at the edge of the filter. Don't do it, save yourself the headache

I'm always nervous after ordering something, then I get a lot of emails from the company. Do you like it?. With that it was too late. order placed. Many e-mails. This happened about 2 weeks ago and I couldn't figure out how to turn on the power so I thought ok I'll contact the company after all I've had all these emails. lol. It didn't take long for them to answer my question and solve the problem. So, my honest review of this vacuum cleaner. Advantages, the cable rotates by itself, it was easy

From opening the box to using the vacuum cleaner for the first time. UPDATE 1 year later

Pros: Fairly easy to assemble (I read the manual) So far it has great suction and is easy to clean. Picks up pet hair very well, there was a lot of fine dust in the dust/dirt bin when I emptied it so that's good. 3 cats and 2 labradors in my house and they are all indoor/outdoor critters. The power head works well. I've read people have trouble tipping it over. It hasn't happened to me and it moves easily. All the details fit together, there are no gaps, nothing complicated can be disassembled.
