Stylish casual shoes are really BIG width!

I'm skeptical of most shoe manufacturers' "wide width" claims. I'm a true EEEE wide and have had too many "wide" shoes that didn't even come close to fitting. (My grandma always told me to wear shoeboxes instead of shoes. LOL) I was surprised to see that these shoes come in wide EEE and extra wide EEEEE. I ordered the widest and they fit very well. Amazing shoes for the price.

It's hard to find good shoes that sell in wide and extra wide sizes. I have aching legs, knee, back and hip problems. Out of the box they are flat for my taste. They're not flat like skateboard shoes or Chuck Taylor shoes, for example, but they're flat for a diabetic/orthopedic brand. I had hoped that a well-known brand would offer above-average support for such cases. Luckily, these shoes have removable insoles, which is also rare but often found with orthopedic shoes. Not as wide for 5E

They looked great but that's where the good ends. I'm on the device used to measure legs and for years it's been just a hair over 13 4E. I've always bought New Balance in 13 4E with no problems until recently when New Balance seems to have changed their pads. I had seen Propet before and knew they catered to platypuses.
