I HAVE NO IDEA WHY SOME REVIEWS ARE SO BAD. I WEIGHT CLOSE TO 300 LBS AND MY MAT DID NOT TEAR OR HAVE DENTS. WHY? I HAVE A GOOD OFFICE CHAIR WITH GOOD ROLLERS. AS FOR THE TIGHT ROLLED UP MAT, JUST TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX AND LET THE MAT HANG OUT ON THE FLOOR IN THE SUN FOR A WHILE. THAT WORKED FOR ME. AND THE BEST PART I CAN STILL SEE THE BEAUTY OF THE WOOD FLOOR, PLUS THE CLEAR MATS MATCH ANY DECORE

NOT to be used on any carpets, does not work and you will not be happy! Yes I wish it was sent without being rolled up but with that said. I tried the recommended way with weights and using a hair dryer, worked ok, but in my opinion if you need it quick, get out the heat gun, lay the mat over a flat surface and pull the trigger. Warning: Do not go too close to the mat (minimum 3" away above the mat) and like painting with a brush, use a back and forth motion and then put the weights down…

Used for my kids desk so they don’t scratch my brand new wood floors . Definitely works great . Was a little hard to pull apart

I honestly purchased this to go under my parrot's cage in our living room. The plastic is very clear with no evidence of fogging or discoloration/distortion on the floor (which is perfect!). What I jus wish was that it was a straight square, not one that had the insert to go under the desk. But, as a desk mat. this will work amazingly on your hardwood floors. No damage. No discoloration or distortion. It is a solid product.

It slides all the time on our floor. WE have purchased other brands that do not do that. Will not purchase again Thanks for attention!

Have had this item for over a week. Have had it laying flat the entire time, have even had it laying out in the sun for 3 days, but the mat still has bumps in it from being "rolled" up. It was not in an actual roll. It was basically folded. I'm not sure if I will be able to use this item for my home office. (picture was taken during morning hours. this spot gets all afternoon/ evening sun)

I like the thickness and look of this mat, but it does scratch easily. I am using this mat to cover the top of my craft desk. I really like the look and protection it gives my desktop.

It protects the floor. However, it slides around on my hardwood floor daily, to the point of me having to roll my chair off, pick up the rug, and preemptively place it in a less-comfortable position so that it will take longer for it to migrate back to the wall.

We bought two panels to protect the hard wood floor from our office chairs.They move around a lot during the day and we have to move them back. We tried both sideswith no change in movement. If you have an office chair rolling around on them they willslide around a bit. Not terribly, but more of an annoyance. Protects the floor and I just haveto slide it back in place 2 or 3 times a day.

These are great if you have hardwood, laminate, or vinyl plank. They do move a lot, wish it had come with something to help it stay put that won’t ruin our floors.

Not very durable. Doesn’t stay in place and edges tend to roll up. Thought I was getting a hard mat. This mat would only be good for someone who barely moves

Does exactly what it's meant to do. The reviews I read about curling seem to not apply as long as you put the smooth side down and leave the rough side up for traction.

I was surprise how thin the map was. I don,t know how long it will last before it starts to crack. I really like the map. It serve it’s purpose.

It's an average clear mat. The problem that it continues to slide or twist underneath the chair as you roll the chair around.

Works great. I have a new hard wood floor and wanted to protect it from scratches and scuffs. Almost invisible. My chair, mat and floor are almost exactly as pictured. I'll buy another if I need it. It is thin enough that I don't kick it with my bare feet and thick enough to do a great job. Very happy with it.

I needed the floor mat to protect my hardwood floor at the desk. It arrived on time and fit perfectly. The only reason there are not all 5 stars is because it has only been on the floor for two days.

I brought this mat because my chair might scratch up my wood floor at the computer. The plastic is very durable and easy to clean. easy to install and doesn't move all over the place when you moving in the chair. Still looks like new and I had it for about two years now and Iam at my computer everyday sitting in the chair on top of it.

I have a trolly under the sink to hold disposable garbage bags . I also prepare food in this area. I have a rug on the kitchen floor. This mat protects the rug and catches any food that may spill or roll under the trolly. I love it.
