I am not sure what I step I may have missed but my cover definitely does not stay in place. It comes off all of the time. Additionally, I ordered this in silver about two months ago and he letters have rubbed off making the original keyboard visible in some places. It looks very worn at this point and I didn't expect it to wear so fast. I guess it was good for the time being.

I love the look of this and it definitely keeps my keys cleaner. disappointed that it only sticks when you open/ shut keyboard about 50% of time. Also sometimes shifts ( but not visibly) and you think your keyboard has gone whacky.

Fit keyboard and does the job. However, the color, in my case Silver, fades after about a couple weeks use. It won’t stay on the keyboard. It moves when you try to use it.

I have the purple cover. It's really pretty and worked great for a moment, but after using it for a couple of times it starts to lift up in the middle and it is not shaped perfectly to fit the keys where you wouldn't have that problem. You can kind of see the letter while using the backlight and you can see that the letters don't perfectly align right. The color starts to fade after you use it for a while.

I have the black version for the pro 4 typecover and it fits well, feels good to the touch ProElife Ultra Slim Silicone Keyboard Cover Skin for Microsoft Surface pro4 Surface Pro 4 12.3" and Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Type Cover Keyboard (Black) . That's about it. You have to expect feedback to be different, so nothing to complain of there. One huge drawback to the black color is the backlight does not light up the letters and symbols, only the outline of the keys so it's useless at night…

I don't know if it was my keyboard but I never could get it to stay and anytime I moved my Surface it would come off. ‎0.669 ounces!

Although it is this color is more on the pink side, I contacted the seller, and they were more than happy to replace it for me. Other than the pinkness look the keyboard cover works fine with me. Great product!

Fit my Surface Pro 4 type cover just fine. I wish it came with some double sided tape, however. It will sit fine on your keyboard as you use it but will slide off when you close your computer.

It’s ok. More like ehh. I got it for my surface pro 4. It’s suposed to fit. But I kind just lays over it not fully covering they keys. It keeps popping up in the middle of the key board. It also slides a little at random my biggest peppeev about it’s its that it’s more of a frosted background than clear and that it doesn’t fully go into the keyboard rather than just lays on top of it.
