Let me start with the good stuff. The face mask passed the candle test. This is how I feel safe when I'm outside. On the other hand, contrary to what I read in the reviews, I found the ear loop closures didn't hold up well (they slipped from the length I tightened them to) and even with the nose wire the mask slipped off my nose. This is a simple solution: cut off the top of the mask next to the ear strap, remove the thin short wire and replace it with a wire about 2.5 cm longer and stiffer. I used the thick steel wire that artists use to make fittings. (Make sure you file off any sharp edges.) Then I simply folded it in half to cover the bridge of my nose and creased it a little more on each side to give it the shape…
