The right product for me, there were no problems.

The best protein I have ever tried. I have a sensitive digestive system and a tendency to allergies, so it was not easy to find a protein. There is no bloating, no seething, no nausea from Syntha. Absorbed well. Excellent tastes! Now always only Syntha

If you are looking for a weight gainer (meaning you want to bulk up and are having a hard time bulking and are more of a lean physique) then you should try this one. He helps many people well, including me: in three months from the start of training, the weight from 60 to 65. Do I need to say anything else? Of course, I know how to train, I used to walk for 2 years, then I stopped, but my muscle memory is preserved, I eat what I need and how much I need, and there is really a lot of protein. But I'm sure the gainer did its job. Over the next 3 months of training, another +2 kilos. The taste is normal, I try to take vanilla, I drink the second can of 4.56 kg. With milk, it's like ice cream. With water, the taste is already worse, so much more artificial, and with milk - very tasty. I drink a portion of it before training (with 400 ml milk and a couple of bananas) for energy and a portion after training (with milk, but without bananas) to close the carbohydrate window after about 30-40 minutes after the last exercise. I don't drink it on training days.
