This spare tire carrier is a game changer for any car owner. The installation process was a breeze and took less than thirty minutes. I have a Polaris 800 RZR. This mount comes without instructions and screws that don't fit or are too short. This is very difficult to attach, mainly because you have to add bracket braces to the underside of the backrest for support. The space to maneuver tools and fingers in this area is very tight, making assembly tedious and difficult. Be warned. But it looks great and works.

I have one of these. However. Since my Rzr is a 2011, it came with bed extenders around the rear bed. I love it and wouldn't consider removing it. The problem is that this tire assembly is designed for 2008-2010 without extensions. I will mount the bracket and then figure out how to reinstall the rear bed extension. Surgery may be required as they interfere with each other. I saw this on a 2008 model (no bed extender) and it looked great without taking up storage space at the back of the bed…
