The software makes it easy for me as someone without technical skills or training in any area of human resources,to manage employees by creating profiles with information such office location names/addresses etc., salary range options (current / future), dates off work i need coveredetc..It also helps keep track which jobs are open at each department so I can ensure all candidates have been contacted about those positions before they become available again! It has helped us manage our employees better as it allows for easy access to data about each employee, which helps in decision making. I love how easy it was for me as a new hire (as well as experienced employees) to pick up. It's incredibly powerful and has allowed our team at Tractor Supply Co. and other companies we've worked with a lot of freedom within the system. We can use this software so much more effectively now than when we had much less training from their support staff!
