Never had a chance to try it due to poor quality control. It had a rattle in it and when the package was opened a screw popped out through the opening at one end. I returned it.

I was looking forward to it. I'm installing a 1000 watt solar panel in my garage to power my lights and 1/2 outlets and that was the last thing I needed to light them up. I set it up with a 60A MPPT solar charge controller, 1000W HSQT solar panels and 6 x 120Ah deep cell lead-acid batteries. I may have gotten a lemon so can't say that applies to every one of these units but certainly could not handle the sustained load advertised for this particular device and apparently the advertised security features did not work properly in this case. The device made a loud popping noise and turned itself off. I took the cover off to check the fuses and 4 out of 6 were blown. I replaced those 4 fuses and with no load on the inverter I reconnected the battery which caused a massive arc which…

I like the LCD display. Shows the 29V input and error code "bo" which I thought shouldn't be since 29V is in the 20-30 range (because it seems I accidentally chose 12V). With only two AC plugs and external cable lugs for firmly connecting the AC cable). , it has minimal options. I hope the 24v device will work with my 24v battery.
