Great camera for the price point

I originally got a DVR security camera setup to keep an eye on my kids but had blind spots so I got 2 of these they installed fine everything was good. Then i ordered 2 more I hooked them up to my controller to program them and they worked fine but when I replaced the cameras they refuse to respond. I'm not sure why I have replaced the power line with 14 agw the RS-485 lines have been replaced and still they don't want to work I programmed them #4 and #7 but for some reason #2, #3 #5(p&t base)…

I'm using the product for a doorstop now

The manufacture doesn't care about the customer service Rd experience they have with their products the product really sucks do not order if you value your money results

I was able to use it without a ptz keyboard.

Has a great picture and is vary easy to set up. Definitely the best camera I have and probably the cheapest. Camera constantly gets stuck. pan tilt stick Would not turn..

Where else can you get a PTZ for the price.

I have been installing video cameras since the Seventies. Great price Great Picture Day and Night. So impressed I bought a DVR from them. Its Awesome too. So far great success with this brand.
