Didn't cost much, but it was our 4 year old grandson's favorite birthday gift. They are not very sturdy, but have lasted a month, through many crashes. Money well spent!

My two year old grandson plays with these constantly. He doesn't like them in their "robot," phase, even though he chose them on Walmart, lol, so he pushes them back down into tractors whenever they pop up. I love the way they spin, but he has no interest in that for some reason. He loves them in tractor mode though, and whatever makes him happy makes me happy. :) I think the older grandkids will enjoy them, including as robots and their awesome spins, but for now I'll just secretly spin them…

My 4 year old son LOVES the friction transformer toys! He was excited to receive the set when he came home from preschool. The toys were such a hit that he insisted on taking one to show and tell the next day at school. He is very selective about what he takes to show and tell.I highly recommend this set. The toys are very durable they hold up to my 8 almost 9yr old smashing them together, him kicking them (accidentally, while racing the toy truck) and you can move the tail of the truck to open the mouth so the kids have more fun with their imagination and the toys. All in all these are a great value for your money, and I would say this is a giftable toy to anyone with kids that love cars or trucks.

I got the pull back for my grandson he loved that he can crash them into the wall and there come apart and you can put them back together there willl keep any kids entertained for hours and hours there are plastic but not the cheap plastic

These were great! I decided to give these a try because I bought another item from the same company and they worked great. The cars do have small parts so it's good for kids who are a bit older (maybe ages 5+). I got this for my nephew who is 6 years old and he loves these. It takes some time to build the cars after crashing them but it tests his critical thinking and coordination (and it tests mine as well, to be honest!). Fun and a good use of time. At first, we were a little worried that these construction toys wouldn’t be durable enough for my two year old, BUT it turns out that these have held up great! The ”robot” part of the toys do seem like a bit of an afterthought, but my son truly doesn’t care about the aesthetic and thinks that the transforming feature with 360 turns is awesome. My boys were very excited for the construction cars. My 3 year old enjoys them but has a hard time "transforming" them. This set of 3 transforming robot trucks is just super cool! My daughter loves playing with them, pushing harder and hitting against the wall to see the trucks turn into robots. It is tough to get the 360deg spin though, the trucks needs to be pushed at a particular force and hit straight at a wall or obstacle. Else it just transforms into a robot and gets stuck. Overall, a fun product that can keep kids occupied for a long time.

My son loves Monster Trucks and Dinosaurs, theses cars are the best of both worlds. He got this as a gift on Christmas and has so far played with them for hours, and so far have held up. He is the typical boy and rough plays with most of his toys. I can see these cars easily being one of his fav. toys for the next year.

so my boy has been fixated on cars and once he got these construction car set, he has been playing with them nonstop. I must say, they are very well made. Sturdy, not flimsy at all. The crane arms move easily but not flimsily so they are able to stay in positions you left them. The wheels glide smooth and if you give them a little push, they glide fair amount on our wood floor.
