Good for kingpins. I had to use all the seals for my hitch. Be sure to tighten the lock nut and bolt, otherwise the plate may just fall onto your leg. Check regularly when using.

I was told it would fit in my RV and when I received it it didn't even come close to fitting right. missed a return date by 9 days due to medical reasons and lived about 40 miles from the nearest UPS mailbox and they didn't return it. Just order through Pullrite and don't believe these people when they say it will fit.

Love is not a term I would use to describe a piece of steel, 'like' is better. This item was ordered after careful reading and measuring to ensure this plate would fit my application. There are other plates for different sizes of saddle plates, if you order the wrong plate, you may not be satisfied. This fits my '96 Alpenlite if fitted with the correct spacers as described. I bought a used Pullrite SuperGlide fifth wheel and it didn't come with this plate.

This pickup platform is very well designed, made of high quality materials and manufactured to tight tolerances. And it works without any problems. What else can I say? During assembly, the technicians from the dealer we bought our motorhome from fitted the hitch plate to the king pin. I watched them install it and it took about ten minutes. Now that I've seen how it's done, I could do the same install in about the same amount of time. No maintenance is required other than periodically checking

Works well overall with the PullRite sliding clutch. It only has 1 screw that requires an Allen key to tighten to the kingpin. I have to be careful not to knock the plate off when unhooking the camper, and it's a problem retightening it if you ask someone with strong shoulders to press it firmly against the mating surface on the van while you find and pull the allen key it tight.
