PUPTECK 2 Pack Adjustable Cat Collar with 🐱 Breakaway Mechanism and Bell Charm for Improved Visibility and Safety Review

These are very nice collars and they really are detachable (some of the collars advertised here as detachable are actually not) but I ordered two and one of them was defective and unusable (see photo). If I put it on my cat she will either fall or choke. I'm very disappointed - I saw this happen to another reviewer and thought maybe it was just a one off mistake but they must have very poor quality control.

1 year update: These canvas collars are safer and last better than any regular collars I've seen in stores in my opinion. See pictures for one year update. I am ordering a DIFFERENT set for my other cats because the non-canvas material sticks to things including my cat tongues. a year old and they still fit. I don't think I'll have to replace them in a year. There is plenty of room for adjustment and the fabric and stitching are still in perfect condition.

What I like:+ Cute pattern, semi-matches cat's behavior+ Safety clip is tight enough but secure enough+ Doesn't have an open back end that can come loose*Things that concern me include: - The edges of the ends of the fabric are very sharp and hard. I have cats between the ages of 2 and 10 who have never worn a collar. The female hates everything new, the male just tinkers around and doesn't care about anything. The male also weighs 16 pounds so he is a stocky boy while the female is medium sized. The male let me put the collar on and off several times while adjusting the size.
