Breathable: Using advanced knitting techniques, we created a ski sock that is not only warm, but also breathable to prevent feet from getting too hot. Plan to order more of these! And I did!

Excellent product. I ordered another one for my husband and one for myself. I've found these to be the first socks that actually keep my toes warm when I'm outside doing chores in temperatures ranging from 0 to -25 degrees. LOVE IT! And I've saved the page for this fall. I think you will love this product if you are looking for a bit of softness to wear.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Great durable socks

I wear these socks every day in all weathers with insulated boots and they are GREAT! These socks rise above the shin and have a nice and thick bottom. I have tried every brand of socks in the last 30 years and this is the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend these socks to anyone. Do not toss them in the dryer after washing, they air dry best.

Pros
  • It's OK!
Cons
  • Nothing

Very warm, thick, cozy merino wool that doesn't sting.

I was looking for very warm knee socks, both for walking outdoors and comfortable enough to relax at home. These socks are excellent. Normal wool makes me scratch a lot. These socks cause no such reaction at all. They are very warm, soft and comfortable. They hold up very well over my calves. They are thick and very warm. I will definitely buy more of these.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Bought 3 of the top rated - these are the best

Went nutmeg fishing in Minnesota in late fall but frost. They are soft and very comfortable and above all very warm. (I had Muck brand boots which I really like) Others might have been better if you hike or work all day as they contained a slightly coarser wool blend but for overall warmth and comfort if you lead a relatively sedentary lifestyle, are these ideal.

Pros
  • Stable results when tested
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Warmest sock I've found

I bought four different brands of wool socks for our trip to the mountains this year. After testing them all, this was the warmest and kept my feet the driest. They are very thick so don't expect a thin sports sock. The smaller size was sold out so I was only able to try the larger one. I wear women's 9's and they just worked. A little big but if I don't stretch them they fit without the heel pocket protruding under the ankle.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • Something different
