Wrong cross-refernce data on their site

According to their website, this replaces my filter; It absolutely does not. The lovking flanges are too long and not the right shape. I spent about an hour trying to order these not long after we got our new fridge and had them ready but construction delays and now I have 4 pack of these and they are outside return window. So, we are stuck with these because they had wrong info on their reference numbers for fit. Hopefully this comment will bring change and help others.

Slightly different form factor than OEM, but fits fine

I have an LG LFX26973D, and these filters fit fine. I don't need to replace it just yet, so I can't vouch for the flavor, but I'd expect them to be similar just due to the construction. As you can see from the photos, the base of this filter is a little different than the OEM LG, but I did test it to confirm that it fits in the enclosure. It's actually slightly shorter. The connection is identical, and each filter is individually shrink-wrapped with a plastic cap to protect the O-rings.
