Purina Pro Plan Healthy Metabolism Review

I used this on one of my picky cats but when I unpacked the food and noticed the labeling had changed I had a bad feeling and sadly Was that feeling right, she hasn't eaten a single bite since she redid the cans, maybe it's coincidence of course, but my many years of experience buying a wide range of cat food tells me otherwise. New recipe? We have just received our first order of new design lenses. Purina has also changed the formula significantly. The food now quickly turns dark brown/black if our cat doesn't eat it right away... and she doesn't. So I think it tastes different too. Extremely disappointed. Our cat has loved the "old" version since she was a kitten. We didn't have such problems before.

Cats are finicky so you really can't go by a cat's reviews. But when I put this on my cat, she came running and ate the whole can in one go. NEVER did she love food so much. I only switched to it because Revain Prime isn't what we've been using for years. I always thought she really liked it until I started serving it to her. This is the chicken in sauce formula I'm reviewing.

Oh my god my cat won't eat anything but this food now, I don't know why but this one will do. I consciously refused to raise a picky cat and kept changing her food so she wouldn't make me go looking for a specific food, but here she is. She only eats half of the glass and doesn't eat the small glass. So I gave it to my dogs who love it too. I feed her three times a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Zoe is fed 1/4 cup of dry food at the start of the day but is given a can of chicken mix and gravy for dinner. She LOVES this food and freaks out when we open a can. We were advised to replace her 1/8 cup of dry food with wet food at dinner which resulted in her losing several pounds. I bought this for my very fat cat to help her lose weight. She loves the taste and makes annoying meowing sounds every time she eats. However, if you bought this set of 24 3-ounce jars and followed the guidelines for what a cat needs, you would be running out of money pretty quickly. Especially for a fat cat that defeats the purpose, right? I will switch to another brand because the price here is just ridiculous for what you get and we have almost none of them and no change in our cats health.
