I love the softness of the product and how it not only softens my hair but blends my gray hair and some remaining blonde hair into a more mixed hair colour . It also lightens my gray hair. I love how my hair looks after using it. The shampoo is thin and creamy while the conditioner is thick and creamy. You don't need a lot of the products. There is no rest either. I bought this shampoo and conditioner because the ones I normally use were out of stock. The reviews for this product were great so I decided to give it a try. After getting out of the shower, I noticed a slight purple tint. I thought I didn't rinse it well so I jumped back in the shower and rinsed it well. No, it's still purple.

My first impression was not very good. The density of the shampoo was alarming; it is thin as water. But the shampoo is very pigmented. The conditioner is thicker but not as pigmented. This is probably the first time I've downed a bottle of shampoo before applying conditioner. Shampoo has a water-like consistency and it takes a huge amount to lather even a little. I didn't feel like my hair was washed/clean. Although the smell is pleasant, it is very strong. Oh, and a few days later I found purple bottle rings on my tub. Not even a magic eraser could erase it, so now I have a stained bathtub. I'll finish the bottles, but I won't be a regular customer.

The shampoo is too runny, so I had to use way more shampoo than I should. The conditioner was too thick and I couldn't pump it even after adding water to try and thin it down a bit! Most disturbing is that my hair has turned lavender, which the cashier at the grocery store noticed! Please note that I rinse my hair thoroughly with a strong jet of water. No shampoo or conditioner on my hair! And how should I return two open bottles of e-liquid with a pump top? I will not buy this product again.
