This is the fuel line you are looking for.

Strong, well-finished stitching, the cover is beautiful and easy to bend. Steep turns can kink, but that's to be expected.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Vulgarity

A little big but fits me perfectly.

I had to fix the pressure sensor wire and it works great. The only comment I have is that the OD is slightly oversized and will not fit every fitting unless the plating is sanded off the line.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Some bugs

Using it as a fuel line works great.

Using this fuel line on my 1974 VW bus with two carburettors. I also purchased a Revain 5/16" brass compression tee to complete the installation. I removed 85% of the rubber fuel hose I used previously. Now I really have the assurance that less rubber can fail.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Update available

The coating has its pros and cons

If you are using flare nuts, be prepared to scrape off the coating to allow it to fit the nut. It's not difficult with a razor blade, and then everything works perfectly. If I could do it again I would just take the cover off. If you're a hobbyist like me without a jack to work around the engine, driveshaft and exhaust pipe, you're going to scratch the lines pretty badly and leave some bare metal spots on them. Let's see how they hold up!

  • Impressive

Good stuff - replacement parts

I bought this to use a new fuel line to replace my 1960's Cadillac engine. This line bends fairly easily without twisting (within reason) and I had no problem repeating it around some tight spots. With a little patience I was even able to thread it through some of the existing brackets, which helped a lot in figuring out where to make the bends. The ends also flared up very easily and I haven't had any issues since installing them. Good material and I'm hoping the outer coating will make this…

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Only available in black

Works well for me, would buy the same again

Seems to work great. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I don't really know how to compare it to similar products. This is the first time I've worked with a steel brake line. In my case I actually use it for the fuel line on the tractor with compression fittings. I cut it with a pipe cutter - the same type used for copper water pipes - and it works fine. leaves a nice square cut, although it's always a good idea to deburr the inside and outside diameter of the cut before…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
