This is my second concern since purchasing it. The picture quality is HORRIBLE and there might be a solution but customer support is slow as I've been waiting 3 days for a response. The weather is something in the settings or the product itself they need to contact me. Last time it took me a week to respond to another issue.

I received these cameras four months ago. There is so much moisture in the "waterproof" camera that the video stream is completely unusable. The quality of the video was already not very good, and now it's literally garbage. I contacted support about this issue and after waiting weeks for an answer they offered me a $25 credit to buy another camera which costs $50. They don't endorse their product. Don't waste your money.
