Pyle Single Android Stereo Monitor Review

Advertised to have GPS but no GPS Micro SD card in slot so NO GPS. I don't know if and where to buy it. I bought this radio specifically for GPS.

3 months after purchase, the screen went black. Sent to Pyle for warranty repair. Shipping costs 20,- and the return costs 60. 2 weeks broken and broken again. There is no way to call people to complain. Won't spend 80 more. I will switch to another brand. When it worked it was great. Even if the picture quality could be better.

Good stereo but the display was a mirror image. I contacted Pyle who sent me factory reset instructions. I followed your instructions but the offset was still undone and returned. I installed it and used it for a couple of weeks with a cool screen and everything else about it was fine. Sound, Bluetooth connection, navigation all worked well. Too bad the display ruined everything.

later 6 months later and still couldn't connect it to my wifi. The GPS signal is very good, unfortunately the navigation cannot be used due to an initial problem (no connection to my wifi). Luckily I use my cell phone to navigate. Reading from SD is very slow. It checks the SD every time I start the car which seems like a bug in the whole player design. #worse media player of all time. Honest review: Compared to a top cell phone like the S8, this thing hurts. Switching applications takes about 3-5 seconds, sometimes longer. The touchscreen is dim but decently accurate. Pain may occur when scrolling. That being said, this is a $200 Android headline in a market where almost all others are $400+. Step into it with that expectation and you will be happy. Great main unit so far! comes with android 6(!), accepts cd and bluetooth, even seems to be rooted, all languages are supported. Build quality is actually very good, solid feel, detachable bezel. A small note differs slightly by a millimeter - the touchscreen sensitivity in the lower right corner. Features a floating home button for quick access to apps and favorites.
