Not for long - hand and power tools

Not for long. Maybe a few dozen cuts in stone slabs. Used on a quality wet saw with plenty of clean water. I was struggling with a job.

Pros
  • Beautiful packaging
Cons
  • Reliability

Good business. on saw blades, parts and accessories

I am a professional tiler with over 35 years experience, this saw blade works great, can't match the quality for the price. Very happy with this product.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Almost OK

Cuts like butter Suitable for saws, parts and accessories

Cuts like butter! ! ! I purchased a Harbor Freight wet log/brick saw and it was recommended to me by another customer on Revain. And couldn't be happier. I cut 8" x 12" concrete blocks and this blade works great. I'm really looking forward to trimming.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Doubtful

Worked best for me in Saw Blades, Parts & Accessories

Bought for use with a 2.5hp 10" Harbor Freight rock saw. in almost every way. I can't think of a better blade cuts off (although I have no comparison.) I made thin cuts less than half an inch, cut at an angle, and cut the bricks in half along all axes (that's the plural of "axis", right? :-)) Seems to cut as fast as I can imagine with the 10" setting.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Minor issues

Cuts pavers like butter, so far very happy with the performance

Cuts pavers like butter, so far very happy with the performance. Cuts better than some I've paid $80-90 for. Curious how long that lasts. I have a Qep wet tile saw which I paid half as much as an MK saw for. Didn't expect it to last long. I've owned it for 20 years, have cut literally thousands of brick, ceramic tile, glass tile, pavers, concrete and it's still going strong.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Only available in black

Great Blade: Diamond Blades

Great Blade used on a 2.5 HP Harbor Freight saw. I cut a 3/8" thick (12x12) Carrara marble tile, a 3/4" thick marble corner shelf and small decorative pieces. The blade cut through all of the above like butter with no shavings along the cut, except when I'm slicing small chunks without a pusher or I'm rushing that last inch. Even with these little things, not a single tile was lost (chips at the end of the cut below). Made about 100 cuts and the blade has not lost its cutting ability, very…

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • Almost Never

Blade too thin: Blades

The blade is about half as thin as my original blade, so it wobbles and rattles when cutting. The original blade is almost 20 years old (I don't use it every day) and is at the point where it breaks off the tile when cutting. I decided to get a new blade before cutting the tile on my bathroom backsplash and it doesn't cut the tile as well as the original blade. I cut three 12" x 24" tiles and the third tile has chips that are difficult for me to hide. I need to find a decent blade that cuts…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Some issues

poorly described; beware. After all, it seems to work great on granite.

In the description it says granite so I bought it. The label on the blade says it's only for softer stone, and for harder material like granite you'll need a better blade. I might try anyway, but it annoys me that they don't understand what it's for. I'm assuming this is the cheapest diamond blade QEP makes and it might work just fine, they just want you to buy a more expensive blade. I'll unsubscribe if I leave it to myself and I'll try. To edit. Saved, even cuts thick granite quite well. I'm…
