🔧 J&R Quality Tools XZN Triple Square Spline Bit Socket Set, S2 Steel, 10-Piece Kit Review

I was looking for a quality set of triple squares. I couldn't find them at any of the usual suspicious local hardware stores. I was happy to find her. The price is exceptional for the whole set and they are very well made. I bought them to use on my 'new' used Porsche Cayenne who seems to prefer them for screw heads.

Did the job of tightening the loose "door stay lever" on my 2015 VW GTI. The beats themselves seem ok. I wouldn't dare use them professionally or with percussion instruments. The case sucks - it doesn't hold the parts in place. So if you open it upside down, you get a bunch of sockets and a puzzle to assemble. The price is right and it does what it's supposed to.

This looks like a very good kit but I've only just started using it and found that it comes with two 9mm 3/8 bit sockets and no 10mm bits are supplied. The label says it should be in the box. This was the most disappointing because it was exactly the size I needed. TO UPDATE. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me the missing size without any problems. Very happy with it. So far I've disassembled two VW engines and the tools are great! Many Thanks

I weigh 175 and had to stand on a cheat tube over my EXCELLENT Harbor Freight 1/2" breaker (4.5 feet of leverage) to loosen the Jetta rear axle bolt I needed lots in this set for. Rough math gives 700 ft-lbs of torque! I was slightly skeptical about buying a cheap bit set for such high torque, but not only did it work, it didn't suffer the ill effects of 700 ft-lbs lbs. I would describe it as a good quality product and am happy with the purchase. .

Have used these several times over the last year and they work great. They're probably a bit brittle for hard hitting use or professional use/abuse, but I've given them moderate abuse and they're all still in shape and not a single broken or rounded/missing tooth so far. 4 stars because the overall length of the 12-point wrench appears to be about 1/4 inch shorter resulting in either a toggle head or a loss of ft-lbs in both offset and angle due to the bulky socket head and rounded teeth a…
