This Access Key III fits my 2006 Pontiac GXP. cut free at a local hardware store. The program was simple 1) Started the car with a master key 2) Pulled that out 3) Inserted a newly cut PKIII key in 2 seconds and the car started. A new button has also been programmed.

Bought a pair of these keys for my '06 Grand Prix. I tried to cut them at Walmart but they refused because of the transponder in the key and told me to go to the dealer. So after Walmart I decided to cut them up at Home Depot. After I told them that I take full responsibility for any problems with the transponder, they cut them out for me free of charge.
