The ease of use, and how intuitive it is to get started using this software. I have been able to easily add new patients without any help from my staff or anyone else! I like that it is easy to use, has many different features for each of my clients/clients' accounts (including multiple users), allows me to keep track of all activity in one place. It also syncs up well with our accounting software which makes things easier when billing or sending statements out as well!
