The ease of use, and how intuitive it is to get started using this software. I have been able to easily add new patients without any help from my staff or anyone else! It's also so easy for me to keep up-to-date with all our patient information in one place that there is no reason not to do so. There really isn't anything about the interface/design aspect we dislike at this point--it seems like everything works as intended when you first open the product. We are trying out different ways of creating flows within QbB. This makes scheduling appointments more efficient than if I had to manually enter them into an Excel spreadsheet.
