I bought this after researching how it works and watching YouTube videos. I had high hopes for help setting up my new bike. However, the device would not stay on and was difficult to activate. The idea is great, but the complexity of turning it on made it difficult to pair it with a phone to take readings and make adjustments. Sometimes I would force it to connect but it would turn on and off and with that I stopped using it.

Very easy to set up and install. The main thing is to follow the instructions given during setup. I highly recommend watching Quarq setup videos on YouTube before installing. They have their own channel with good guides. There are separate videos for installation styles - top mount fork (standard), direct mount fork (inverted) and shock.
