I just started pole dancing and these knee pads are REAL REAL. I had so many bruises in the first few hours that I decided to invest in a pair of good knee pads, they really help me learn how to hold on to poles. With my knees they are really comfortable to wear, they don't slip off my feet or anything!

I got xs according to the size grid. Fits snugly and allows for some stretch. The support is ok, although for me it works best when the slit is below the knee. The knee shape is great! Good looking and low profile as they are rounded to fit the shape of the knee, feel comfortable and have good padding! Great that the pad is replaceable!

They are superrrrr good. I haven't used them yet, but I can tell you with certainty how well made they are. Didn't find much. I went by their measurements, my above knee size was 18 with some adjustments so I ordered XL. The XL knee pad fits EXACTLY how I want it too. Snug enough to staying awake but loose enough to breathe and dance such a good investment and very cute hope this helps you all.
