Great item, best weight management

I bought this to store my bike rack (1pc). It's a lot cheaper and looks almost the same as the 1up version. Comes with necessary hardware, good instruction, satisfied with it.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Upgrades

I love this device! in Racks

I love keeping my garage tidy and clean and this gadget is great for keeping bike racks off the ground! It was easy to install, all the parts were there, assembly was easy.

Pros
  • Very Good Value
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

Great Bracket: Luggage Rack

Great product at a good price. High-quality assembly, accessories for wooden shelves included. I even have storage space for my old bike rack in addition to my new one (see picture). I'm glad I found it before spending more on a kuat that wouldn't have been that useful.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Misleading instructions

Good product. Easy installation. The installation instructions state that the machined aluminum pieces are to be bolted with the flat side to the hitch, but that only applies when installed for a 1.25" hitch. With a 2" coupling, they must be installed with the flat side against the coupling.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • will be added later

Good product but inaccurate instructions

The bracket is sturdy and frees up space in my shed. However, the assembly instructions are incorrect. They say a 9/16" head is needed, but the screw head was too big. Borrowed a 5/8" socket from a neighbor that still wasn't big enough. My hardware store didn't have a 11/16" head (due to theft) so I bought new screws with a smaller head. The Allen key that comes with the screws on the horizontal plates is cheap and is removed at the 8th screw. I used my own wrench to tighten the bolts.

Pros
  • Good price
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Top hex screw will interfere with 2 " mounting plate installation

Very strong bracket attaches to wall or post with three large hex head screws, then two mounting plates are installed in 1.5" or 2" "Hitch boxes bolted on. However, when using the 2" configuration, the end cap of the hex bolt prevents the plate from being inserted. Seems to be an obvious design flaw (unless I'm missing something, which is always possible). I ended up using only two screws, which seems strong enough. Overall it worked for my needs but was an unnecessary frustration.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires base
