Can I give more than five stars?

Holy smoke, maybe it makes geese fly easier? Following the guide, I was able to complete the sewing steps and instructed my inexperienced husband to cut. The fastest and most accurate flying goose borders have been created. Of all my lines, probably the best in terms of value for money.

Pros
  • Quilting
Cons
  • Unsure

No more wobbly flying geese!

I hate making flying geese. No matter how careful I was, some of them were shaky. I could have spent a little more time at my editing table with this ruler, but I think it's worth it because the geese come out perfectly and the blocks fit together much better.

Pros
  • Rulers and ruler stands
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Works great!

I'm sure this method of making flying geese has been known for quite some time, but it was new to me. The Valor quilt I made called for jagged stars, some of which were quite small. I prefer not to process or sew tiny squares of fabric, so I went with the Day Quilt Calling All Ruler Geese method. You can use much larger pieces of fabric in the beginning and that makes sewing a lot easier for me. Once you start using a ruler to cut and trim your geese, you'll wonder why you ever did it any other

Pros
  • Sewing
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled
