Bend piece rotating to lock does not stay locked. I've pulled the intake manifold twice and it's definitely a manufacturing defect. This triggers my check engine light and two codes. I was glad all the hoses I need were included. I read in the reviews that the o-rings are too big, they must have fixed it because all mine fit fine. I roughly reassembled all the tubes in the CCV and then removed them as you can't reattach the CCV with the tubes attached.
