Cargo carrier for my opinion

This product delivers all that it promises. It frees up the car interior for valuables and items you don't want outside.

This allowed my wife and kids to stretch out while this road warrior kicked it on the Interstates of America!

My wife, 2 boys, and I took a road trip from Oklahoma to D.C. We road trip every summer but with the boys growing so much, we needed some extra space in the ol' Pathfinder. I ordered this cargo carrier and assembly was quite simple, especially for someone like me. I also ordered the locking hitch so I didn't have to worry about theft.We were able to fit 2 large suitcases and 1 large Nike bag on the carrier (1 suitcase laid down on one side, 1 suitcase sat vertical/straight up in the middle, and

It was easily assembled and I can move it into the folded .

This is being used with my hitch on my 2016 VW Tiguan. Works well, I did buy a locking pin separately. It was easily assembled and I can move it into the folded position easily myself. The only issue, which is not a fault of the basket, is that you need to be cautious when backing up or going over a dip/leaving a driveway as it may scrape if you are not careful. Overall, this has been perfect for getting my camping gear out of the car and leaving room for kids and dog inside!
