The case looks solid but allows the bits to "fly around" during transport and then again when you touch them. The lame foam inserts try to improve the situation, but that's a very bad solution. Bad case design from scratch. Shop for beats. It's all bullshit.

Extremely poor quality control. Some of the chrome bits will not fit hex or torx bits. The box sucks, the tips didn't stay in place during shipping. It took 30 minutes to put them back in their respective places. Then after closing the box after fixing it fell out again, stick to port freight if you want cheap

The product is good it is what I ordered but I really wish there was a thicker piece of foam because every time you close and reopen it , everything is going to be a complete disaster, that's what it looked like in the photos when I first opened it and now every time I close, move and reopen it it does the same thing.

I liked the weight of the product and its completeness. Delivery with Prime was lightning fast, overnight. BUT. and that's a BIG BUT, one of the sockets has already snapped from being squeezed with a hex bit. I don't use a 3/4" socket very often, so I'll see how well it holds together with the rest of the kit before deciding whether or not to return it.

Overall the kit comes complete with all the necessary hex and torx bits. It comes in a nice molded plastic case and the tools are easily accessible. The tools seem to be of high quality until I used them! I used an H6 hex and it broke after 10 minutes leaving a round hex head in the bolt. There is no way to get that broken hex head out of the bolt. Now I've released more than I started. I'm trying to contact the warranty replacement company but I can't reach them.
