Non gas filled shock absorber like original

Non gas filled shock absorber like original, not sure if it has significantly improved ride quality over 11 years of original shocks.

Pros
  • Limited lifetime warranty - protects your investment
Cons
  • Low repairability

Not very happy with the performance.

suitable. I needed to find the right shims for my Dodge 1500. But they worked fine for a while. Expected better handling and longer life. Generally not the worst and not the best for the money

Pros
  • 5/8" Piston Rod Diameter (16mm) (for some applications) - improves strength and durability
Cons
  • approx.

Good shock protection when changing parts

Fits the front of a 2005 Ram Hemi 4x4 and replaces the factory stock. The factory shocks on these trucks are always soft, so the switch to the Rancho has improved handling without going too stiff. In my opinion Rancho makes top notch dampers and I would recommend them.

Pros
  • Includes boot - Protects shock stem and oil seal
Cons
  • Weak Kit

The best OEM shock absorbers on the market!

Big Hits! As for the reviewer who said we're dead twice. He obviously doesn't understand that these are 50/50 strikes. They slow down your axle during compression (bumps) and relaxation (potholes). They seem dead if you don't understand how they work. However, it works as intended for me. I have used the Ranch on my Chevy and now on my Dodge and the difference is noticeable!

Pros
  • Ten-stage speed-dependent valve. Offers customization for each vehicle.
Cons
  • No instructions.
